Managing Partner
An Army Veteran with multiple combat tours, a husband, and a father. His time in the military has taught him the value of leadership, discipline, and making decisions under pressure. He’s carried these skills into the roofing industry with 10 years of industry knowledge and experience as a Branch Manager at ABC Supply Company. Now, as a managing partner with Heritage Roofing, he brings his expertise and leadership skills to ensure every project is done right. Whether he is behind the desk, in the field, or with his family, Kris believes in leading by example and always putting in the work.

With 38 years in the roofing industry, Jim has extensive expertise in commercial and residential roofing. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles, including lead estimator, foreman, project manager, and superintendent. His background in crew leadership, project management, and estimating allows him to deliver high-quality roofing solutions with efficiency and precision. Beyond his professional experience, Jim is a dedicated husband and father, balancing his love for competitive mountain biking, passion for roofing, and his commitment to family.

With more than three decades of administrative expertise, our skilled Office Manager plays a crucial role in supporting our front office and team. Dede ensures that everything runs smoothly by equipping team members with the necessary statistics, lists, and spreadsheets to keep projects on schedule and within budget. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Arizona and has honed her skills in various industries, including publishing, semiconductors, medical devices, wine, and geology. A native of Sonoma County, Dede enjoys spending her free time with her family and pets.
