Repairs are done at the rate of $85/man-hour, plus materials. Any and all dry rot will be repaired before underlayment or shingles.

Our roof needed to go back to the original wood shingles and required new skip sheeting and a lot of dry rot repair. It was all done with new gutters in three days with no mess left anywhere. What a pleasure to see such fast results.
