Dry Rot Repair
Heritage Roofing provides a crew of experienced roofers who are also excellent carpenters. After your roof is removed and cleaned off, we will assess any and all dry rot, documenting it with pictures. You will be notified beforehand of all repairs that need to be done. Repairs are done at the rate of $85/man-hour, plus materials. All dry rot will be repaired before underlayment or shingles.
Our roof needed to go back to the original wood shingles and required new skip sheeting and a lot of dry rot repair. It was all done with new gutters in three days with no mess left anywhere. What a pleasure to see such fast results.
