This project involved a complete roof transformation—from removing an outdated tile roof to installing a new composition shingle system.

The old tiles were deteriorating, with several cracked and misaligned pieces that compromised the roof’s integrity. Once the tile was removed, the decking was inspected and repaired where necessary to ensure a solid foundation for the new materials.

Composition shingles were chosen for their durability, lower maintenance requirements, and effective performance in various weather conditions. This roofing system offers improved drainage, lighter weight, and long-term reliability—making it a practical upgrade.
