Comprehensive Written Roof Report

How’s the condition of your roof? Do you know how old it is? Was it installed correctly? Do you know if it’s performing at 100% efficiency as it should be?

Most homeowners don’t go up on their roofs and are unaware of important details such as its condition, age, or installation quality. Periodically having your roof inspected by a professional contractor can be a cost-effective way to prevent damage from worn-out roofs, improper installation, or leaks that may arise over time.

Whether you’re buying or selling a home, our comprehensive ‘written’ roof report is a smart decision. It will provide valuable insights for negotiations and help avoid unexpected issues. In the North Bay, roof inspections are usually not included in standard home inspections and need to be arranged separately. For buyers, this can prevent the risk of purchasing a home with a worn-out or defective roof, while for sellers, ensuring the roof is in good condition with ample life left can make the property more appealing to prospective buyers, offering peace of mind during the process.

Roof Reports have a fee, but if we replace your roof, the fees are applied to the new roof costs.

Heritage roofing recently did my roof and it looks fantastic. I must say the quote was very reasonable and the job was done on time. I only needed two quotes to know that they were the right place to get my roof....especially since they were recommended by a friend of mine who is a painting contractor.
